The fixed-rate 19,000 yen route from Owani Onsen (Kai Tsugaru) to Oirase Keiryu Onsen will be closed from late November to mid-March, so the fixed-rate route will run from early April to mid-November. The route from late November to late March will take you from Kosaka Town in Akita Prefecture via the Jukai Line, and the regular metered fee of 28,500 yen will be reduced to a fixed rate of 26,000 yen.
