Report of system failure recovery

Dear customers
Thank you for always using Sapporo Kotsu and Shared Transportation (Yakuni Tatsu Musen).
From around 2021:9 am on September 2nd, 7, due to the system failure, it was difficult to receive orders for dispatch at the dispatch center (Sapporo Taxi Radio Center), and it was difficult to connect to the phone.

The system was restored at 2021:9 pm on September 2, 13, and we are currently accepting orders for dispatch by phone as usual.
