A flat-rate taxi is by far the best deal.Normally, the meter charge of 10,300 yen from the Towada City Chuo Bus Information Center to Tsutanuma, Tsuta Onsen, Yachi Onsen, and Sarukura Onsen will be delivered at a fixed rate of 9,000 yen.
